Available at Rp. 919,600/person (drinks are not included), this degustation experience created by Executive Chef Adi Wijaya indulges guests with a coconut and turmeric-crusted tuna salad and a lobster bisque with lobster mousse tortellini for appetizer. For the main course, the chef presents the “Land and Sea” where an Australian Black Angus beef tenderloin is served with fresh tiger prawns. But the highlight of the dining experience is the young coconut panna cotta that comes with raspberry ginger sorbet and passion fruit pulp for a balanced flavor.
