    Lapangan Puputan

Thousands of people gathered at Lapangan Puputan in Renon to light candles in solidarity to protect Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, Indonesia’s motto which means ‘unity in diversity’. The event was held after the governor of Jakarta, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, was found guilty of blasphemy.

Bella Cucina in InterContinental Bali Resort

A number of delicious Peruvian dishes were beautifully presented at Bella Cucina in InterContinental Bali Resort, courtesy of Chef Eduardo Montes and guest chef Farah Quinn. Ceviche Mixto for appetizer started the dinner, followed by Grilled Octopus, Chupe de Cangrejo (a crab dish with poached egg), Arroz con Pato (duck leg and foie gras a la Chalaca) and Mango Suspiro for dessert. Each dish was paired with fine wine, such as Penfold Chardonnay and Ventisquero Calssico, Cabernet Sauvignon.
