A children’s playground, sun-kissed pools, top-notch restaurants and a lively neighborhood. What eles do you need if everithing is available around you?
Nestled in the heart of the busy area in South Kuta makes Bali Dynasty Resort a perfect family sanctuary surrounded by restaurants, mini markets, souvenir shops, fashion boutiques and shopping centers. The hotel is also only 10 minutes away by car from the Ngurah Rai International Airport.
But despite its strategic location, Bali Dynasty Resort still provides everything to meet your every need within the hotel area, making it the impeccable option for a big holiday with family or friends where you can enjoy a relaxing getaway without having to walk out of the hotel. Parents can simply indulge in a spa treatment for two at Ashoka Spa while their teen children spend time at The Den Teens Club and the toddlers play at the Kupu-Kupu Kids’ Club. This is the place to be for a one-stop leisure time.
Room for Family
On a recent wonderful weekend, I decided to take my little family to Bali Dynasty Resort and stay overnight for some family quality time. We opted to stay at their new Family Suite which is very spacious as it can accommodate up to five people. The room boasts a minimalist design with a separated living room featuring super comfortable pull-down twin beds and one pull-out sofa bed, while the master bedroom provides a cozy bed. Each living room and master room has its own LED TV, DVD player and shower bathroom for ultimate privacy. The new Family Suite is even more complete with a full kitchen set and a dining table for four – now you can see why this room is marvelous for a big holiday, can’t you? But my favorite part of the room is of course the spacious balcony that overlooks the bar and restaurant area, which makes a beautiful view at night.
Our weekend getaway at Bali Dynasty Resort was truly a remarkable one, and I’m sure yours will be too. We spent our day swimming at the Kids Water Fun Zone, accompanying our toddler playing with the water slides, but if you’re up for more fun, the hotel has a long list of activities to keep everyone in the family entertained – you can easily find activity schedules across the four-hectare resort. Obviously, this hotel won’t bore you.
The little ones can play at the Kid’s Club for free with professional staff to take a good care of them. Meanwhile, the teenagers will be kept busy with video games, a pool table and internet access at the Den Kids Club which is free of charge for children from 10 to 16 years old.
You can also help your children improve their coordination skills by enrolling them in the circus workshop at High Flyers Trapeze School every Tuesday and Friday from 10 a.m., where children can learn how to juggle, spin plates and use the devil magic stick. If you and your children are up for even more of an adrenaline rush, you can try the High-Flyers Trampoline or the Trapeze at the garden from Monday through Saturday from 2 p.m. Don’t worry, professional instructors will guard and keep you and your children safe as you jump on the trampoline or swing on the Trapeze.
For a more fun low-key activity, you can invite all of your family members to gather at the hotel lobby at 8.45 a.m. and stroll together through the villages around Kuta. Better yet, go explore a fisherman’s village at 7.45 a.m. on a Sunday, and don’t forget to bring your camera.
At Bali Dynasty Resort, you won’t be running out of ideas when meal time arrives because the hotel offers selections of dining experience. There are six restaurants for you to choose from, among them are H20 by the pool that serves Western and Asian food at its best, Sen5es that presents an extensive breakfast buffet, Golden Lotus which offers high-quality Chinese cuisine since 1990, and Queen’s of India that provides Indian food.
A fun BBQ night is available at the Upperdeck of H20, while a themed-buffet dinner is served every night at H20, but if you want to spend a night chilling at the bar, Gracie Kelly’s Irish Pub is the perfect choice. The resort also has Café Piazza on the ground level where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or juice while the children are playing in the garden.
With so many family-friendly restaurants and fun activities, we will surely be back again to Bali Dynasty Resort to spend a fun holiday experience – and I believe you will feel the same after spending some family quality time here.
