Wine and Dine
On Friday, March 23, Kayuputi Restaurant at The St. Regis Bali Resort invites food enthusiasts to join this year’s first ever wine and dine event, titled “Concha y Toro Wine Dinner”. On this special night, Executive Chef Agung Gede will present a six-course degustation menu, each one will be paired with fine wine from Vina Concha y Toro, the largest wine company in Chile and Latin America that has been running since 1883. The resort’s Chief Sommelier Harald Wiesmann will handpick the best wine to go with each dish – selected wine includes the famous Don Melchor Concha Y Toro 2011. Available at Rp. 1,800,000 nett/person, this dinner will commence at 7 p.m., starting with a pre-dinner cocktail at Kayuputi Bar.
