Celebrating its third anniversary, Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta teamed up with Ben Ungermann – the runner-up of Masterchef Australia 2017 who was on the island for his world tour – to host the special “Exquisite Indonesian Flavour” dinner. Located at The Best Brew, the event that took place on July 14 and 15 successfully pleased every guest’s palate with a four-course menu. The dishes included Nasi Goreng Arancini Balls, Babi Kecap and Indonesian Banana Split, each one is inspired by Chef Ben’s love for Indonesia, and is created exclusively for Four Points by Sheraton Bali. Complementing Chef Ben’s dishes was a Balinese Lawar Klungah and Sate Lilit for appetizer, courtesy of the resort’s Commis Chef Aditya. Happy birthday to Four Points by Sheraton Bali!
